Izzy is a sweet and timid cat who is currently looking for a quiet and patient forever home. Despite her missing limb ,she gets around fine and enjoys her independence. She can be shy and reserved at very first, particularly with new people and in unfamiliar situations. However if given the space to approach in her own time, she tends to settle in fairly quickly and becomes more comfortable.
While Izzy enjoys affection, its always on her own terms. She loves being stroked and fussed, but prefers not to be picked up. She thrives with someone who understands her boundaries and will give her the time she needs to feel safe again.
Izzy would be best suited to an experienced cat owner who has time and patience and willingness to let her build a trust at her own pace.

We have a purpose-built area that simulates a home garden environment and provides adoptees with the opportunity meet and greet their potential pet on a one-to-one basis. Similarly over in the cattery we have an adoption room where you can play and give your potential new cat or kitten lots of fuss!
