Pet Obesity

Obesity is a huge problem for our pets in the UK, and it’s estimated that 1 in 3 of our pets are either overweight or obese.

Being overweight can have serious health implications for our pets. It’s always important to speak to your veterinary team if you have any concerns about your pets weight or before embarking on a weight loss programme for your pet.

The problem arises when we don’t maintain a healthy balance between the amount and type of food our pets eat, the amount of exercise our pets do and the requirements of our pet’s body.
