Supporting Nottinghamshire

Xena

  • Domestic Short-haired
  • Female
  • 1 Year

Xena is a very timid and nervous girl who is looking for an experienced owner with the patience and understanding to allow her to settle at her own pace. A quiet home will help her feel safe as she adjusts to her new surroundings.

Having missed out on early positive human interaction, Xena is sensitive to new people, unfamiliar situations and loud noises. She will need someone who can respect her need for space while gently helping her build confidence over time. Xena may never become a lap cat, but for someone willing to let her progress at her own pace, she will make a truly rewarding companion.

Xena arrived at the centre with her four kittens and has been a devoted mum, giving them the best possible start in life. Now that her kittens are ready to begin their own journeys, it is Xena’s turn to find the security, patience and loving home she so deserves.

Why Rehome From RSPCA Radcliffe

All our animals are under a full rehabilitation programme involving behavioural assessments and monitoring. This helps us achieve the best possible match.

We have experienced and knowledgeable staff on hand that spend time with each animal and are therefore able to give you an insight into their temperament and suitability to your lifestyle.

We have a purpose-built area that simulates a home garden environment and provides adoptees with the opportunity meet and greet their potential pet on a one-to-one basis. Similarly over in the cattery we have an adoption room where you can play and give your potential new cat or kitten lots of fuss!

We recommend that you come back and visit your new pet as much as you can to ensure it is the right one for you.
