Teddy is a bright and clever boy who, at first, can be a little guarded. He needs time to feel settled in your company and to build trust but once he feels safe and happy, his affectionate and playful personality shines through. Teddy will follow you from room to room, climb onto your knee for the best cuddles.
Full of energy, Teddy loves to play and enjoys the company of other dogs. If joining a home with another dog, he would prefer a calm female companion who can help give him confidence when out and about.
Teddy’s ideal home will have experienced terrier owners who understand his timid side and can offer reassurance when he feels unsure. He will also need someone at home most of the time to give him the attention and guidance he thrives on. Teddy is currently enjoying learning new tricks, so ongoing training will help keep his clever mind active and engaged.

All our animals are under a full rehabilitation programme involving behavioural assessments and monitoring. This helps us achieve the best possible match.
We have experienced and knowledgeable staff on hand that spend time with each animal and are therefore able to give you an insight into their temperament and suitability to your lifestyle.
We have a purpose-built area that simulates a home garden environment and provides adoptees with the opportunity meet and greet their potential pet on a one-to-one basis. Similarly over in the cattery we have an adoption room where you can play and give your potential new cat or kitten lots of fuss!
We recommend that you come back and visit your new pet as much as you can to ensure it is the right one for you.
