Tabatha is a gentle, timid girl who is still learning to trust people after missing out on early positive human interaction. She will need a calm, quiet home with an experienced owner who understands that building her confidence will take time, patience and understanding.
At the moment, Tabatha prefers to keep her distance and is happiest when she has safe, elevated places to watch the world around her. She is not comfortable with handling and likes to choose when she interacts, so her new owner will need to let her progress at her own pace without expecting too much too soon. It is possible that Tabatha may never become a cat who enjoys sitting on laps or being cuddled, and she needs a home that will accept and appreciate her for the cat she is.
Once she has settled, Tabatha may enjoy access to the outdoors, where she can explore and continue to build her confidence naturally. Given the right environment and plenty of patience, we hope she will gradually become more relaxed around people and blossom into a quietly rewarding companion.

All our animals are under a full rehabilitation programme involving behavioural assessments and monitoring. This helps us achieve the best possible match.
We have experienced and knowledgeable staff on hand that spend time with each animal and are therefore able to give you an insight into their temperament and suitability to your lifestyle.
We have a purpose-built area that simulates a home garden environment and provides adoptees with the opportunity meet and greet their potential pet on a one-to-one basis. Similarly over in the cattery we have an adoption room where you can play and give your potential new cat or kitten lots of fuss!
We recommend that you come back and visit your new pet as much as you can to ensure it is the right one for you.
