Regal originally came from a multi-cat household where he sadly didn’t receive the level of human interaction he needed when he was younger. Because of this, he can be quite timid and unsure around new people and unfamiliar situations.
He finds comfort in quiet spaces and often prefers to observe from somewhere high where he feels safe. When feeling worried, Regal may hiss, but this is simply his way of expressing fear rather than aggression.
Regal has a gentle and sensitive nature and would prefer a calm, quiet home with an experienced owner who understands nervous cats. He will need someone patient who can give him the time and space he needs to build trust and confidence at his own pace. With kindness and understanding, Regal has every chance to grow in confidence and settle into a loving home.

We have a purpose-built area that simulates a home garden environment and provides adoptees with the opportunity meet and greet their potential pet on a one-to-one basis. Similarly over in the cattery we have an adoption room where you can play and give your potential new cat or kitten lots of fuss!
We recommend that you come back and visit your new pet as much as you can to ensure it is the right one for you.
