Phyllis came to us from a multi-cat household and is feeling a little overwhelmed here at the centre. Growing up with many cats around her, she likely didn’t receive the individual attention she needed as a kitten to build her confidence.
She is a shy and timid girl who loves to curl up in her favourite hiding spot. Phyllis would benefit from joining a family with some experience of timid cats, who can give her the space and reassurance she needs to grow in confidence and build trust in her new home.
A quiet household would suit Phyllis best, helping her to settle at her own pace. She is gentle and very sweet and once she feels comfortable in your company she will come to you for fuss and affection.

All our animals are under a full rehabilitation programme involving behavioural assessments and monitoring. This helps us achieve the best possible match.
We have experienced and knowledgeable staff on hand that spend time with each animal and are therefore able to give you an insight into their temperament and suitability to your lifestyle.
We have a purpose-built area that simulates a home garden environment and provides adoptees with the opportunity meet and greet their potential pet on a one-to-one basis. Similarly over in the cattery we have an adoption room where you can play and give your potential new cat or kitten lots of fuss!
We recommend that you come back and visit your new pet as much as you can to ensure it is the right one for you.
