Pepper is looking for a very active, experienced family who have the time to commit to activities such as fly ball, agility or trick training. If Peppers mind is not stimulated she unfortunately reverts to some negative behaviours like shadow chasing and barking.
She is an extremely affectionate dog who loves to be with you and can get stressed when left, Pepper therefore needs somebody who will be with her most of the time exercising and mind training.
Pepper enjoys meeting other dogs when out and about.
Pepper is an anxious dog which does result her regularly urinating, particularly when greeting people. This is something that requires work and training in order to be controlled.

We have experienced and knowledgeable staff on hand that spend time with each animal and are therefore able to give you an insight into their temperament and suitability to your lifestyle.
We have a purpose-built area that simulates a home garden environment and provides adoptees with the opportunity meet and greet their potential pet on a one-to-one basis. Similarly over in the cattery we have an adoption room where you can play and give your potential new cat or kitten lots of fuss!
We recommend that you come back and visit your new pet as much as you can to ensure it is the right one for you.
When Fred came to the shelter he was in a very sorry state, but thankfully through care and rehabilitation he made a full recovery and went on to find his forever home where he is living the best life.
