Pebble

  • Poodle Cross
  • Female
  • 4 Years

Pebble is a gentle and sensitive girl who is still learning that the world can be a safe place. At the moment, new people, sounds and environments can feel overwhelming for her, but with time and patience, she is beginning to show her sweet nature.

As she starts to build trust, Pebble’s softer side shines through. She forms quiet bonds with those around her and will benefit from owners who are happy to let her progress at her own pace.

Pebble will need a calm, patient and understanding owner with experience of nervous dogs, who can support her as she continues to grow in confidence. Her new owner will need to be around for much of the day initially, helping her settle into home life and providing the reassurance and consistency she relies on.

A quiet home environment will suit Pebble best. She could live with another calm, friendly dog who will help guide her and build her confidence in a gentle and positive way.

As Pebble hasn’t had the early socialisation she needed, she will require support with her confidence, social skills and adjusting to everyday life in a home. With kind guidance and ongoing encouragement, she will continue to make progress.

Pebble has so much potential to blossom in the right home. With patience, understanding and time, she will grow into a loving and rewarding companion.

Why Rehome From RSPCA Radcliffe

All our animals are under a full rehabilitation programme involving behavioural assessments and monitoring. This helps us achieve the best possible match.

We have experienced and knowledgeable staff on hand that spend time with each animal and are therefore able to give you an insight into their temperament and suitability to your lifestyle.

We have a purpose-built area that simulates a home garden environment and provides adoptees with the opportunity meet and greet their potential pet on a one-to-one basis. Similarly over in the cattery we have an adoption room where you can play and give your potential new cat or kitten lots of fuss!

We recommend that you come back and visit your new pet as much as you can to ensure it is the right one for you.
