Menk

  • Domestic Short-haired
  • Male
  • 1 Year

Menk was initially shy but has now settled and is a very affectionate boy. He adores human company and is a real sweetheart.

When first meeting new people or if approached too quickly, he may give a small hiss, but this is simply down to nervousness. It doesn’t take him long to settle and once he feels comfortable, he becomes very loving, often rolling onto his back to ask for attention.

He enjoys being around people, happily coming over for fuss and doesn’t mind being picked up. Menk is an inquisitive and confident boy once settled and his personality really shines through.

He hasn’t shown much interest in toys during his time at the centre, but with his curious nature, we are confident he will become more playful in a home environment.

A gentle, affectionate boy, Menk will make a lovely companion for someone willing to give him a little time to settle.

Why Rehome From RSPCA Radcliffe

All our animals are under a full rehabilitation programme involving behavioural assessments and monitoring. This helps us achieve the best possible match.

We have experienced and knowledgeable staff on hand that spend time with each animal and are therefore able to give you an insight into their temperament and suitability to your lifestyle.

We have a purpose-built area that simulates a home garden environment and provides adoptees with the opportunity meet and greet their potential pet on a one-to-one basis. Similarly over in the cattery we have an adoption room where you can play and give your potential new cat or kitten lots of fuss!

We recommend that you come back and visit your new pet as much as you can to ensure it is the right one for you.
