Maple came into our care after being signed over by her previous owner, who had a large number of cats.
Maple is a naturally timid and nervous kitten who often seeks comfort in hiding. The shelter environment has been overwhelming for her so far, and she reacts cautiously with new people. While she tolerates being picked up, she doesn’t particularly enjoy it — instead, she prefers to build trust slowly and seek affection in her own time.
Her confidence is expected to grow with time, patience, and stability. With the right home, she will likely blossom into a gentle and affectionate companion.
Maple is looking for a quiet home with patient, experienced cat owners who can give her time and space.

We have experienced and knowledgeable staff on hand that spend time with each animal and are therefore able to give you an insight into their temperament and suitability to your lifestyle.
We have a purpose-built area that simulates a home garden environment and provides adoptees with the opportunity meet and greet their potential pet on a one-to-one basis. Similarly over in the cattery we have an adoption room where you can play and give your potential new cat or kitten lots of fuss!
We recommend that you come back and visit your new pet as much as you can to ensure it is the right one for you.
