Supporting Nottinghamshire

Koko

  • Domestic Short-haired
  • Female
  • 3 Years

Koko is a timid but very sweet girl who needs time and patience to feel safe. She is looking for a calm, quiet home with experienced owners who understand that she may overgroom when stressed and can support her through this.

She can be nervous in new environments and around new people, but once settled, Koko shows her affectionate and loving side. She will need to be given the time and space to build confidence at her own pace, with plenty of safe hiding spots available.

Koko has always been an indoor cat and may prefer to remain so. However, if she becomes confident and shows interest, any outdoor access should be introduced gradually and with care.

In the right home, Koko will be a gentle, loyal companion who just needs a quiet environment to help her feel secure.

Why Rehome From RSPCA Radcliffe

All our animals are under a full rehabilitation programme involving behavioural assessments and monitoring. This helps us achieve the best possible match.

We have experienced and knowledgeable staff on hand that spend time with each animal and are therefore able to give you an insight into their temperament and suitability to your lifestyle.

We have a purpose-built area that simulates a home garden environment and provides adoptees with the opportunity meet and greet their potential pet on a one-to-one basis. Similarly over in the cattery we have an adoption room where you can play and give your potential new cat or kitten lots of fuss!

We recommend that you come back and visit your new pet as much as you can to ensure it is the right one for you.
