Supporting Nottinghamshire

Kaoru

  • Domestic Short-haired
  • Female
  • 3 Years

Kaoru originally came from a multi-cat household and unfortunately missed out on early human interaction and affection. As a result, she can be very timid in new situations and around unfamiliar people, often choosing to hide until she feels safe.

Kaoru is looking for an experienced owner who can help her build confidence and grow into the playful kitten she has the potential to be. She will need a quiet home where she can settle at her own pace, with plenty of patience (and a few tasty treats) to help win her trust.

Although shy, Kaoru is very tolerant of being handled and, during her time with us, she has slowly begun to enjoy the gentle attention she receives. She is a very sweet girl who just needs a loving home where she can feel safe and truly flourish.

Why Rehome From RSPCA Radcliffe

All our animals are under a full rehabilitation programme involving behavioural assessments and monitoring. This helps us achieve the best possible match.

We have experienced and knowledgeable staff on hand that spend time with each animal and are therefore able to give you an insight into their temperament and suitability to your lifestyle.

We have a purpose-built area that simulates a home garden environment and provides adoptees with the opportunity meet and greet their potential pet on a one-to-one basis. Similarly over in the cattery we have an adoption room where you can play and give your potential new cat or kitten lots of fuss!

We recommend that you come back and visit your new pet as much as you can to ensure it is the right one for you.
