Joey sadly spent the first seven months of his life mostly confined to a crate, with only a garden for exercise.
Since coming into our care, his confidence has been steadily growing, and he’s beginning to show his playful and inquisitive nature. Joey can be a little boisterous and bouncy at times, which is understandable given his age and limited early experiences.
He loves being out and about, is lively and sociable, and really enjoys spending time with people. Joey is also friendly and playful with other dogs.
He is making great progress with his lead walking and is thoroughly enjoying getting out on his walks. Joey will need continued training in all areas, including house training, but he is a very clever boy who is eager to learn and already responding well.
Joey is looking for an experienced owner who can continue his training and support his development. Ongoing guidance, training, and socialisation will be key in helping him grow into a confident and well-rounded companion.

We have experienced and knowledgeable staff on hand that spend time with each animal and are therefore able to give you an insight into their temperament and suitability to your lifestyle.
We have a purpose-built area that simulates a home garden environment and provides adoptees with the opportunity meet and greet their potential pet on a one-to-one basis. Similarly over in the cattery we have an adoption room where you can play and give your potential new cat or kitten lots of fuss!
