Henry is a very calm, affectionate boy who loves human company and would really enjoy having an owner who is at home for most of the day. He has a friendly, gentle temperament and is happiest when he’s close to his people.
Henry loves his walks and is very good on the lead with no pulling. He enjoys getting out and about and is well-socialised with other dogs, remaining calm and polite when meeting them.
If Henry’s new family already has a dog, he could live with a canine companion, but he would prefer a calm, older dog. Henry is very sociable and enjoys the company of other dogs, especially those with a similar laid-back nature.

All our animals are under a full rehabilitation programme involving behavioural assessments and monitoring. This helps us achieve the best possible match.
We have experienced and knowledgeable staff on hand that spend time with each animal and are therefore able to give you an insight into their temperament and suitability to your lifestyle.
We have a purpose-built area that simulates a home garden environment and provides adoptees with the opportunity meet and greet their potential pet on a one-to-one basis. Similarly over in the cattery we have an adoption room where you can play and give your potential new cat or kitten lots of fuss!
We recommend that you come back and visit your new pet as much as you can to ensure it is the right one for you.
