Heidi is an active and affectionate girl who loves her walks, enjoys sniffing around outdoors and has lots of energy for playing with her toys. She’s a happy little terrier with so much to offer her new owner.
Due to limited socialisation when younger, Heidi can feel anxious around loud noises, traffic and busy environments, so she is looking for an experienced owner who can continue building her confidence with patience and positive experiences at her own pace. She would be best suited to a quieter, more rural home with minimal traffic.
Heidi walks nicely on the lead and enjoys being outdoors, but she would prefer to be the only pet in the home and needs an owner who is around most of the time, as she struggles when left alone.
With the right understanding and support, Heidi will make a wonderful and loyal companion.

All our animals are under a full rehabilitation programme involving behavioural assessments and monitoring. This helps us achieve the best possible match.
We have experienced and knowledgeable staff on hand that spend time with each animal and are therefore able to give you an insight into their temperament and suitability to your lifestyle.
We have a purpose-built area that simulates a home garden environment and provides adoptees with the opportunity meet and greet their potential pet on a one-to-one basis. Similarly over in the cattery we have an adoption room where you can play and give your potential new cat or kitten lots of fuss!
We recommend that you come back and visit your new pet as much as you can to ensure it is the right one for you.
