Dolly

  • Pug x Jack Russell Terrier
  • Female
  • 5 Years

Dolly can be a little shy when she first meets new people but it doesn’t take long for her to come out of her shell and show her confident, loving and very friendly personality. She is an active, playful girl with lots of energy and would suit an active home where she can be included in day-to-day life and enjoy plenty of time out and about.

Dolly loves affection and will happily come over for a fuss. She enjoys cuddles, attention and being close to her people. She can be a bit bouncy and may jump up at times but she walks nicely on the lead.

As Dolly is a brachycephalic breed, she will need an owner who understands the specific needs that come with this, either someone experienced with the breed or someone willing to do their research.

Dolly will also need someone at home most of the time. She can struggle when left and may bark if she’s on her own, so she would do best in a home where she has plenty of company and support to help her settle.

Why Rehome From RSPCA Radcliffe

All our animals are under a full rehabilitation programme involving behavioural assessments and monitoring. This helps us achieve the best possible match.

We have experienced and knowledgeable staff on hand that spend time with each animal and are therefore able to give you an insight into their temperament and suitability to your lifestyle.

We have a purpose-built area that simulates a home garden environment and provides adoptees with the opportunity meet and greet their potential pet on a one-to-one basis. Similarly over in the cattery we have an adoption room where you can play and give your potential new cat or kitten lots of fuss!

We recommend that you come back and visit your new pet as much as you can to ensure it is the right one for you.
