Supporting Nottinghamshire

Blaze

  • Domestic Short-haired
  • Female
  • 9 Months

Blaze can be a little unsure of unfamiliar people at first and may give a small hiss out of nervousness, but this is simply her way of saying she needs a little time. She is a very sweet and affectionate girl, and her personality really begins to shine once she has settled.

She enjoys being around you and loves attention, often brushing up against you for extra fuss.

Blaze would benefit from a quieter household where she can feel safe and settle at her own pace. She would be suitable for a first-time cat owner, as long as her new family are patient and understanding, giving her the time and space she needs to come out of her shell.

Blaze hasn’t shown much interest in toys during her time at the centre, likely due to feeling a little unsure. However, she is still very young and we are confident she will grow into a playful and inquisitive cat.

Why Rehome From RSPCA Radcliffe

All our animals are under a full rehabilitation programme involving behavioural assessments and monitoring. This helps us achieve the best possible match.

We have experienced and knowledgeable staff on hand that spend time with each animal and are therefore able to give you an insight into their temperament and suitability to your lifestyle.

We have a purpose-built area that simulates a home garden environment and provides adoptees with the opportunity meet and greet their potential pet on a one-to-one basis. Similarly over in the cattery we have an adoption room where you can play and give your potential new cat or kitten lots of fuss!

We recommend that you come back and visit your new pet as much as you can to ensure it is the right one for you.
