Supporting Nottinghamshire

Winter

  • Domestic Short-haired
  • Female
  • 1 Year

Winter is a timid and nervous girl who takes time to adjust to unfamiliar people and new surroundings. She has a calm and affectionate nature but needs a quiet, understanding home where she can gradually build her confidence and learn to trust her new owner.

Winter has previously been a house-cat and may prefer to continue this lifestyle. However, if she shows an interest in exploring the outdoors once fully settled, this should be introduced slowly and gradually, allowing her to gain confidence at her own pace.

Winter is looking for an experienced owner who understands timid cats and can offer her the patience, reassurance and gentle encouragement she needs to feel safe and secure in her new home.

Why Rehome From RSPCA Radcliffe

All our animals are under a full rehabilitation programme involving behavioural assessments and monitoring. This helps us achieve the best possible match.

We have experienced and knowledgeable staff on hand that spend time with each animal and are therefore able to give you an insight into their temperament and suitability to your lifestyle.

We have a purpose-built area that simulates a home garden environment and provides adoptees with the opportunity meet and greet their potential pet on a one-to-one basis. Similarly over in the cattery we have an adoption room where you can play and give your potential new cat or kitten lots of fuss!

We recommend that you come back and visit your new pet as much as you can to ensure it is the right one for you.
