Tate has a steady but timid nature. He is a gentle boy who can take a little time to adjust to new situations and unfamiliar people, but with patience he will gradually settle and begin to feel comfortable in your company.
In his previous home Tate was used to going outside, and once he has settled and gained confidence in his new environment he will enjoy exploring, as he has an inquisitive nature and becomes quietly confident when he feels safe with his surroundings and his people.
While settling in with us Tate has spent some time hiding, which is very normal for a timid cat. However, he is already beginning to show his affectionate side, and we are sure that once settled in a calm and understanding home his confidence will continue to grow.

All our animals are under a full rehabilitation programme involving behavioural assessments and monitoring. This helps us achieve the best possible match.
We have experienced and knowledgeable staff on hand that spend time with each animal and are therefore able to give you an insight into their temperament and suitability to your lifestyle.
We have a purpose-built area that simulates a home garden environment and provides adoptees with the opportunity meet and greet their potential pet on a one-to-one basis. Similarly over in the cattery we have an adoption room where you can play and give your potential new cat or kitten lots of fuss!
We recommend that you come back and visit your new pet as much as you can to ensure it is the right one for you.
