Jezza

  • Beagle
  • Male
  • 2 Years

Jezza is a lively, lovable boy who enjoys his walks and is full of energy. He would suit an active family who will include him in their day and take him along on plenty of adventures.

He can be excitable and bouncy when he first meets people, but this is simply because he’s a playful, affectionate boy who loves attention and enjoys being involved in everything that’s going on around him.

Jezza does pull on the lead, so he will need an experienced owner who can continue working on his lead walking and recall training. Ongoing positive socialisation with other dogs will also help him continue to build confidence.

If his new family already has a dog, it would need to be a well-socialised dog that can help show him the ropes. Jezza can be a little unsure when first meeting other dogs and may become vocal at first, but once he settles he relaxes and enjoys their company.

Jezza has a lot of love to give and will make a wonderful companion for a family who can give him the time, exercise and guidance he needs.

Why Rehome From RSPCA Radcliffe

All our animals are under a full rehabilitation programme involving behavioural assessments and monitoring. This helps us achieve the best possible match.

We have experienced and knowledgeable staff on hand that spend time with each animal and are therefore able to give you an insight into their temperament and suitability to your lifestyle.

We have a purpose-built area that simulates a home garden environment and provides adoptees with the opportunity meet and greet their potential pet on a one-to-one basis. Similarly over in the cattery we have an adoption room where you can play and give your potential new cat or kitten lots of fuss!

We recommend that you come back and visit your new pet as much as you can to ensure it is the right one for you.
