Supporting Nottinghamshire

Lucky

  • German Shepherd Dog
  • Male
  • 4 Months

Lucky is an affectionate, playful boy who is already showing us how clever he is. He is really enjoying his training and is eager to learn, but he can become easily distracted around other dogs and may get vocal when he’s feeling excited or frustrated.

Lucky is very people-orientated and forms strong bonds with those he knows. He is social and confident with people and thrives on companionship and guidance.

We are looking for an experienced owner for Lucky, ideally someone with knowledge of the German Shepherd breed, who will enjoy continuing his training and ongoing positive socialisation around other dogs. With time, patience and reward-based training, Lucky has so much potential and will truly flourish in the right home.

If his new family already has a dog, Lucky would benefit from living with a calm, well-socialised female who can help him feel settled and balanced. As he is still young, he will need someone at home for most of the day who can dedicate the time and consistency he needs to continue to thrive.

Why Rehome From RSPCA Radcliffe

All our animals are under a full rehabilitation programme involving behavioural assessments and monitoring. This helps us achieve the best possible match.

We have experienced and knowledgeable staff on hand that spend time with each animal and are therefore able to give you an insight into their temperament and suitability to your lifestyle.

We have a purpose-built area that simulates a home garden environment and provides adoptees with the opportunity meet and greet their potential pet on a one-to-one basis. Similarly over in the cattery we have an adoption room where you can play and give your potential new cat or kitten lots of fuss!

We recommend that you come back and visit your new pet as much as you can to ensure it is the right one for you.
