Supporting Nottinghamshire

Violet

  • Domestic Short-haired
  • Female
  • 1 Year

Violet is a timid girl who came from a multi-cat household and may not have had much human interaction in her early life. New people, loud noises and sudden movements can make her feel nervous and she may choose to hide when she’s unsure.

As Violet has settled with us, her confidence has been slowly growing. She is becoming an incredibly sweet girl who enjoys gentle company and affection on her own terms. Violet likes to perch on your shoulder or sit up high to watch the world go by, but she isn’t a fan of being held for too long or having lots of close cuddles.

Violet will need a quiet home with patient, experienced owners who understand timid cats and can give her space when she needs it. While she’s been with us, she has continued to come out of her shell and now loves playing with her toys, it’s been lovely to see her personality shine more each day as her confidence builds.

Why Rehome From RSPCA Radcliffe

All our animals are under a full rehabilitation programme involving behavioural assessments and monitoring. This helps us achieve the best possible match.

We have experienced and knowledgeable staff on hand that spend time with each animal and are therefore able to give you an insight into their temperament and suitability to your lifestyle.

We have a purpose-built area that simulates a home garden environment and provides adoptees with the opportunity meet and greet their potential pet on a one-to-one basis. Similarly over in the cattery we have an adoption room where you can play and give your potential new cat or kitten lots of fuss!

We recommend that you come back and visit your new pet as much as you can to ensure it is the right one for you.
