Milo

  • Chihuahua
  • Male
  • 7 Years

Milo is a sensitive boy who can find the world a bit overwhelming at times. He can be nervous in new situations and will need a calm, patient owner who can help him build confidence at his own pace.

Milo sometimes panics when out on the lead, so he’ll need an experienced owner who can provide calm, positive reassurance and steady encouragement during walks. When things feel a bit too much, he likes to be picked up, it helps him feel safe and secure.

He would be happiest in a home where someone is around most of the time, as he thrives on company and reassurance from those he trusts. Milo will also need continued training with lead walking, house-training and socialisation, as gentle consistency will help him grow in confidence and trust.

With time, patience and a loving home, Milo will learn to relax and show his sweet, affectionate nature. Once he feels settled, he’ll make a loyal and loving companion.

Why Rehome From RSPCA Radcliffe

All our animals are under a full rehabilitation programme involving behavioural assessments and monitoring. This helps us achieve the best possible match.

We have experienced and knowledgeable staff on hand that spend time with each animal and are therefore able to give you an insight into their temperament and suitability to your lifestyle.

We have a purpose-built area that simulates a home garden environment and provides adoptees with the opportunity meet and greet their potential pet on a one-to-one basis. Similarly over in the cattery we have an adoption room where you can play and give your potential new cat or kitten lots of fuss!

We recommend that you come back and visit your new pet as much as you can to ensure it is the right one for you.
