Nova

  • Chihuahua
  • Female
  • 7 Years

Nova is a gentle little Chihuahua who can be very timid until she feels comfortable in your company. New surroundings and unfamiliar situations can make her nervous, sometimes she will hesitate to walk until she feels safe and reassured.

Nova is looking for an experienced owner who can help her build confidence and continue her training with lead walking, house training and socialisation. She would suit a calm, quiet home, ideally with someone who is at home most of the time, as she thrives on companionship and reassurance. If her new family already has a dog, Nova would prefer one who is gentle and quiet, as she can feel overwhelmed by more boisterous dogs.

With time, patience and lots of love, Nova will begin to show her affectionate, loyal nature.

Why Rehome From RSPCA Radcliffe

All our animals are under a full rehabilitation programme involving behavioural assessments and monitoring. This helps us achieve the best possible match.

We have experienced and knowledgeable staff on hand that spend time with each animal and are therefore able to give you an insight into their temperament and suitability to your lifestyle.

We have a purpose-built area that simulates a home garden environment and provides adoptees with the opportunity meet and greet their potential pet on a one-to-one basis. Similarly over in the cattery we have an adoption room where you can play and give your potential new cat or kitten lots of fuss!

We recommend that you come back and visit your new pet as much as you can to ensure it is the right one for you.
