Paris

  • Indian Ringneck Parakeet
  • Female
  • 1–3 years old

Paris is a stunning Indian Ringneck Parakeet with vivid green plumage and a curious, intelligent nature. Like many of their kind, Paris can be a little shy at first but with patience and regular interaction, their confidence grows. Indian Ringnecks are known for their playful personalities and can even learn to mimic sounds with time and trust.

Paris is likely around 1–3 years old and we believe they may be female, though this hasn’t been confirmed. They would suit a home with experienced bird keepers who understand the needs of this active and social species. Paris will need a spacious outdoor aviary, plenty of enrichment and daily interaction to stay happy and stimulated.

Indian Ringnecks are long-lived companions and with the right care, can live for 25–30 years or more.

Why Rehome From RSPCA Radcliffe

All our animals are under a full rehabilitation programme involving behavioural assessments and monitoring. This helps us achieve the best possible match.

We have experienced and knowledgeable staff on hand that spend time with each animal and are therefore able to give you an insight into their temperament and suitability to your lifestyle.

We have a purpose-built area that simulates a home garden environment and provides adoptees with the opportunity meet and greet their potential pet on a one-to-one basis. Similarly over in the cattery we have an adoption room where you can play and give your potential new cat or kitten lots of fuss!

We recommend that you come back and visit your new pet as much as you can to ensure it is the right one for you.
