Storm

  • Lykoi
  • Male
  • 2 Years

Often called “werewolf cats,” Lykoi are a rare and unusual breed with a striking appearance, partially hairless with a patchy coat and wide, watchful eyes. But behind their dramatic look lies a gentle, intelligent soul. Lykoi are known for being curious, sensitive and incredibly loyal once trust is earned. They can be shy in new environments and often need a quiet, patient home to truly feel safe.

Storm is a beautiful example of this breed’s delicate nature. He’s extremely sensitive and currently feels completely lost in our care, spending his days hiding away and only venturing out at night to eat. He needs a calm, understanding home where he can take his time, feel secure and gently rediscover the world at his own pace.

As a Lykoi, Storm’s coat and skin require special attention. Due to their unique genetics, Lykoi cats can have thinner or uneven fur and may be more prone to oily skin. Storm will need regular bathing to keep his skin clean and healthy, as well as gentle grooming to maintain his coat and comfort.

Why Rehome From RSPCA Radcliffe

All our animals are under a full rehabilitation programme involving behavioural assessments and monitoring. This helps us achieve the best possible match.

We have experienced and knowledgeable staff on hand that spend time with each animal and are therefore able to give you an insight into their temperament and suitability to your lifestyle.

We have a purpose-built area that simulates a home garden environment and provides adoptees with the opportunity meet and greet their potential pet on a one-to-one basis. Similarly over in the cattery we have an adoption room where you can play and give your potential new cat or kitten lots of fuss!

We recommend that you come back and visit your new pet as much as you can to ensure it is the right one for you.
