This challenge can be a brand new activity or an attempt to improve on a current activity.
The challenge can be anything at all: big, small, energetic, relaxing, walking, running, swimming, biking, jumping, Three Peaks Challenge, sky dive, zip wire….
The list is endless and you are only bound by your imagination !

Both Andy and Jo have chosen the RSPCA Radcliffe Animal Centre as their nominated charity for their fund raising efforts this year.
This includes half marathons, full marathons, and … a trek to Mount Everest Base Camp.
The video below shows Andy and Jo fitting in a tough training programme as they continue with their normal day to day commitments.

Jo raised over £600.00 on her marathon run and here you can read all about her #StepUpStepOut challenge
