Nick

  • Domestic Short Hair
  • Male
  • 4 Years

Nick came into our care back in February after being a long-term stray. He has had to deal with a large amount of hands-on care from our centre vet and experienced animal care assistants due to a horrendous injury to his face.

The extensive damage to Nick’s face was caused by an abscess bursting, likely due to an untreated cat fight wound. We are pleased to report the wound has now fully healed, the treatment and healing process must have been extremely uncomfortable for Nick but he was an absolute star and took it all in his stride.

Now up for adoption Nick is looking for his forever home. He needs experienced owners who will allow him to enjoy exploring and feed his inquisitive nature, he is very playful and loves his scratch post. Nick craves affection and will headbutt you for attention and he especially loves to curl up on your knee.

Why Rehome From RSPCA Radcliffe

All our animals are under a full rehabilitation programme involving behavioural assessments and monitoring. This helps us achieve the best possible match.

We have experienced and knowledgeable staff on hand that spend time with each animal and are therefore able to give you an insight into their temperament and suitability to your lifestyle.

We have a purpose-built area that simulates a home garden environment and provides adoptees with the opportunity meet and greet their potential pet on a one-to-one basis. Similarly over in the cattery we have an adoption room where you can play and give your potential new cat or kitten lots of fuss!

We recommend that you come back and visit your new pet as much as you can to ensure it is the right one for you.
